I made a wieght using a water bottle, rice, and water. The weight was about 3 pounds. I just used a empty aater bottle and filled it a bit more than half with rice. After i filled the rest of the water bottle with water. After closing it I rapped it in duck tape to make sure the water bottle wouldnt be able to open.
This weight could be used for physical therapy. Somekne who mught be hurt could use it to help them. The weight i made wasnt heavey so it would be perfect for it. They could use it to streangthen their arm strength. I personaly think it was a waste of time because i dont need it. My mom got mad because I used her rice. She told me "la comida no esta varate para que la andes gastando en algo que no vas a usar". I will not be using the weight i made. So it was kinda a waste of time and rice. Although i do belive it can be helpful for someone else but for me personaly it was not.
